1. Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

All designated partners must obtain Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) to sign incorporation documents electronically. We guide you through the online application, document verification, and DSC issuance process.

2. Apply for Director Identification Number (DIN)

Every designated partner requires a valid Director Identification Number (DIN). We assist in applying for DINs digitally through the MCA portal using Aadhaar and PAN-based authentication.

3. Name Reservation through RUN-LLP

You’ll need a unique name for your LLP. We help you submit your name choices via the RUN-LLP portal, ensuring they comply with naming guidelines and are free from trademark registration or company name conflicts.

4. Filing of FiLLiP Form

The FiLLiP (Form for incorporation of LLP) is the main form for registering your LLP. Our experts file this form online with complete details of the partners, registered office address, and business objectives.

5. Drafting & Filing LLP Agreement

After incorporation, an LLP Agreement must be drafted and filed with the MCA within 30 days. It defines:

• Profit-sharing ratios
• Duties and responsibilities of each partner
• Management structure of the LLP

6. Get Certificate of Incorporation & LLPIN
